Delivery


1. Shipping and Fulfillment

Carrcessories operates both by holding limited stock and partnering with third-party suppliers for dropshipping. Products may either ship directly from our own stock or from our suppliers, depending on availability.

  • In-Stock Items: If the product is available in our stock, we will process and ship your order directly from our location.
  • Dropshipped Items: For products sourced from third-party suppliers, the items will be shipped directly from the supplier’s warehouse to your designated delivery address.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods, which will be displayed during checkout based on whether the item is in stock or dropshipped. All shipping is domestic (within South Africa) as we do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times for both in-stock and dropshipped items are approximately 2 weeks from the order date. This timeframe includes order processing, packaging, and shipping, but may vary slightly due to unforeseen delays from shipping carriers or suppliers.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is processed and shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. Tracking details will also be accessible through your Carrcessories account, whether the item is from our stock or dropshipped from a supplier.

5. Delivery Issues

If your delivery is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at eric@carrcessories.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with either our internal team or the supplier to resolve the issue.

Carrcessories is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
